The Middle of my journey

Ok so every morning starts out like this, I wake up around 7:45 and I hear jumping around and what not. I automatically get a smile on my face because I know that its probabally Addi jumping up and down wanting to watch her Fresh Beat Band, which is a show on nickalodian. Its so cute, she knows the whole theme song, they say their name and she will jump up and down dancing when they are playing their instrament saying their names. Then I see Charlie whos crawling on the floor or siting on his mommas lap not letting go. ;) Then I look at Sarah and shes smileing.
Depending on the day Sarah leaves at a certin time. As soon as she gets near that door and opens it, its like a trigger goes off in Charlies head and he knows that means his momma is leaving, and he begins to cry. And so do I. no im just kiding ;) but we all miss her as soon as soon as she leaves. Then their will be some days that we go into town and do things around town, but the first place we go is Panera Bread. Sarah LOVES Panera Bread, and now so do I :) Its a great thing, and easy when your on the go. I have spent a few day shadowing at the office. Its an amazing place. Everyone is so great. I really learded a lot, and had fun doing it to. Im so greatful I got the oppertunity to do so. THANKS SARAH!! I also have fallen in love with everyones passion for staying healthy, and trying to keep their bodys clean of toxins. Espically Sarah. She has made me realize so many things that I would of had no idea about if I hadnt of taken this trip here. I absolutley love everything about being down here. I cant wait to get back home and share with everyone what I learned. I love it down here so much. I have also fell in love with 9fruits. Its a smoothie place, that Sarah takes us to to get well smoothies of course :) Strawberry Blond is the best. I have a major shopping list when I get back home, me and my momma are heading to Kroger and geting me organic food. Also Target is my new favorite store. Ive broken out of my Wal-mart zone and found TARGET!! Charlie is crawling everywhere now, and pulling himseld up to things, it puts a smile on my face.
I tend to watch Life Time alot when I am watching Addi and Charlie. I prolly could be an expert at them by now. But one Saturday a few days before Sarahs birthday while Sarah was at a meeting, Ian, Addi, Charlie, and I were just siting around the house and I was watching lifetime and Ian had happend to sit down and started watching it, well Charlie started fussing so Ian took Charlie upstairs and before he did, he looked at me and said now that you got my sucked into lifetime what channel is it on and he laughed afterwords. Then later that day we went to Arrington Vinyards and had a little get together for Sarahs birthday. It was so pretty, and the view was great.
Sarah, Ian, and the kids go to the chiropracter every week to get adjusted. It makes me a tad nervous to watch them, but I have been told it is so amazing to get an adjustment. So now another thing goes on my to do list when I get home. GO TO THE CHIROPRACTER :)
Today, was great as well. Sarah has a friend who is a photographer and has a studio and a bunch or awesome equipment. She gave some few good tips, but also alot of stuff to take in with out any notes but good enought that I could possibly get started. Again my Thanks goes out to Sarah for making seeing her stuff possible. We went to the office while Sarah had a client and I watched the kids in the car, I fed Charlie, Addi fell asleep and shortley after so did Charlie, I attempted, but couldnt get my neck comfortable. After we got back home Sarah, Addi, Charlie and went to this ladys house to get some Alkaline Ion Water or as Sarah calls it "Magic Water" which I agree. Its really good.

Alright this is my first time to Blog anything ever. :)
I began my journey to Tennessee the 21st of June. I give all of my thanks to my wonderful couins Sarah and Ian Moore for welcoming me into their wonderful home in Tennessee. In return for my stay here, and for eating their food I watch their adorable children, Addison who is 2 1/2 and Charlie who is 9 months. I wake up every morning to all of them. :) While Ian leaves to go to work as a construction worker it leave Sarah, Addi, Charlie and I in the house. Addi always wants to watch " The Beat Band" in her terms so she can jump around and dance. She is so cute. Then Charlie who is teething cries a lot, but still makes me smile every moment. Some days Sarah leaves because she has clients. She is a Colon Hydrotheropist. If you would like to know more about Colon Hydrotherophy you can visit her website at www.sarahimoore.com. She has a lot of interesting facts and information on her blog.
Being here at their house and being around them has made me so happy. I am learning so much from them. Like all the healthy stuff to eat. Organic food is good food. They eat organic food and its my first time trying it. I wasnt to sure about it at first, but once I gave it a try and it was not bad one bit.
We have made a few trips to her office and I have met everyone who works their. I am going to be shadowing Doctor Kalb sometime soon. He is a doctor and mainly cares for the little infants. Which is the career path I would like to study. I have many many many more days here and look forward to each and everyone of them. I learn something new everyday. I can't wait to learn about all the health stuff.
Thank you so much Sarah and Ian for everything and for my oppertunity you have given me, and thank you for teaching me all these things. :))
I will keep yall posted as my journey continues.
